(Related to Photo Orders) You Must Tell Us Exactly How You Want Your Photos Taken
o Oftentimes customers will provide a few of the best photos of some of their competitors for us to imitate, and improve upon.

o If you don't communicate to us within 24hrs of purchase of the specific angles you want the photographer will use their best judgment in picking what angles to shoot. 

(Related to Photo Orders) Turn Around Time
o Our standard turn around time is 12 business days or less from the time we receive your product (business days exclude Saturday and Sunday). If you require faster turnaround time we recommend you upgrade to the rush delivery option. 

(Related to Graphic Design Orders) 
Turn Around Time
o Our standard turn around time is 7 business days or less from the time we receive your complete instructions (business days exclude Saturday and Sunday). If you require faster turnaround time we recommend you upgrade to the rush delivery option. 

(Related to Photo Orders) Shipping
o The cost of shipping the product to the photo studio will be incurred on the end of the customer.

o Moreover due to high shipping costs to ship a product from our location in Asia to USA, we will by default safely dispose of your product after you have approved the photographs we have provided. Should your product be expensive and you prefer to get it shipped back to you, you’ll need to email us within 24 hours of purchase and we’ll quote you on the return shipping prices according to weight and shipping destination.  If you don't email us within 24hrs of purchase we'll by default safely dispose of the product.

(Related to Photo Orders) Add on Services
o If you require lifestyle photos, or model photos you'll need to email us prior for a custom quote (don't worry our prices are very economical). 

o If your product is oversized and has a a L, W, or H over 2 feet in length kindly email us prior to ordering to ensure we're able to photograph your oversized item. 

(Related to Photo Orders) Approval & Revisions
o After job completion we'll give you a post processed version of the photos for you to approve/disapprove. Should you disapprove of some of the photos, we'll kindly provide a single complimentary re-photograph or re-touching, however you'll need to be very clear & specific of what needs to be changed. In the case that you still disapprove of the photos after the complimentary revision we reserve the right to issue a full refund and close the job, as well as deny future service offerings to you as a client if you don't deem us a fit for your photo needs. 

o Should more than 48hrs pass after we provide you the deliverables, we'll just assume that you are satisfied and have approved the work. 

(Related to Graphic Design Orders)
o After job completion we'll give you the graphics for you to approve/disapprove. Should you disapprove of some of the graphics, we'll kindly provide a single complimentary re-design, however you'll need to be very clear & specific of what needs to be changed. In the case that you still disapprove of the graphics after the complimentary revision we reserve the right to issue a full refund and close the job, as well as deny future service offerings to you as a client if you don't deem us a fit for your graphic design needs. 

o Should more than 48hrs pass after we provide you the deliverables, we'll just assume that you are satisfied and have approved the work. 

(Related to Graphic Photo Orders) Product Quality & Resulting Image

o We will photograph the item as it arrives at the studio. If the item has flaws, mis-labels, “waves” in the labels, nicks in the package or products, inherent damage, it will be photographed as such.
o If the item arrives unacceptably damaged as determined by our receivables department, you will be contacted and given a chance to send a new item to be photographed.
o We may retouch certain minor flaws inherent in the product but it is not required too

Payment
o The Client must pay 100% of the costs up front through the website for orders less than 100 products

Disputes

o Should you be un-willing or unable to provide the necessary information product information we require in-depth to properly do our job we reserve the right to cancel & refund the order as well as to deny future service offerings to you as a client if you don't deem us a fit for your services. 
o Any dispute regarding this agreement shall be, at Virtuous Graphics sole discretion, either (1) arbitrated in Florida under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and the laws of Florida. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Any dispute involving $2,500 or less may be submitted without arbitration to any court having jurisdiction there of. The client shall pay all arbitration and court costs, Virtuous Graphics reasonable legal fees, and expenses, and legal interest of any award or judgment in the event of any ward or judgment in favor of Virtuous Graphics., or (2) adjudicated in Florida under the laws of Florida. The Client shall pay all court costs, the Photographer’s legal fees, and expenses, and legal interest on any award or judgment in the event of any award or judgment in favor for Virtuous Graphics.
